Useful details
Include a short non-sensitive SRT example, the signed integer millisecond offset, what the tool showed and what you expected. Invented cue wording is sufficient for most parsing or timing reports. If the issue concerns layout or a control, mention your browser, approximate screen width and what you clicked. The calculator does not attach or send your text automatically.
Existing shared forwarding route
The public address is a verified alias shared across the free-tool portfolio. It forwards to the owner's existing mailbox; a dedicated Cueslide inbox has not been created. The private destination is not published. Email is optional and passes through mail providers separately from local subtitle processing.
Check the supported subset
The guide lists the exact counter, timing, text, Unicode and size rules. SRT applications accept different variants, so a rejection here does not prove that a file is universally invalid. The examples show minute/hour boundaries, unchanged overlaps and out-of-range shifts that produce no current file.
Scope and response expectations
This free tool has no paid support tier or promised reply time. It does not transcribe speech, assess caption quality, fix drift or test player compatibility. Do not send passwords, account access, private media, confidential subtitles or payment details. A small reproducible input is the most useful starting point for an arithmetic or wording correction.
